John R. Pennington
died this morning at the residence of his son, W. R. Pennington northwest of
this city. Mr. Pennington was 84 years old. He had been sick for several months
with the grippe, and at his age was unable to with stand the disease. The
funeral will be Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock, from the residence.
